Andrew joined IP Asset in September 2022 as a trainee patent attorney after graduating with a first-class MChem Chemistry degree from the University of Oxford. While here, he was also awarded a scholarship for his academic performance. His master’s project was on the total synthesis of two natural products with potential medical applications: Trigoxyphins K and L.
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys a variety of sports. While at university, his sport of choice was rowing, but he has since transitioned to cycling. However, as a keen scuba diver, sailor, and swimmer, the water is never far away. Excelling also at spectator sport, Andrew can be found enjoying cricket and all disciplines of professional cycling from the sofa too.
