Denise joined the IP Asset team in August 2017 and has over 25 years’ experience in all areas of Intellectual Property. She is a fully qualified Patent and Trade Mark Paralegal having gained her Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) Patent Administrator qualification in 2002 and the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attonreys (CITMA) Trade Mark Administrator certificate the following year. She has experience in handling all aspects of patent, trade mark and registered design formalities worldwide and previously worked at Kemps, Fry Heath Spence and in-house at Rover Group.
Denise is a qualified rowing coach, has coached the junior squad at Oxford’s local rowing club and is passionate about making this previously elite sport available to all. She enjoys going to the gym and swimming. She also loves to travel and to visit new places, but in particular enjoys spending time visiting friends in her favourite town in Portugal.
